Sheena is a Texas native and a graduate of The University of Texas McComb's School of Business. Sheena has worked in non-profit education, tech, and academia.
In 2016, Sheena taught one of her first pickling classes as part of Antonelli's Cheese Shop's Adult Summer Camp Series.
