Sheena's Pickles uses fresh, organic, and seasonal produce that is locally sourced in Austin, TX. In 2012, Sheena was gifted a pickling kit for her birthday. With her passion ignited, Sheena's Pickles was born. Fast forward to 2021.
We aim to produce the highest quality, traditional pickled foods available, using local ingredients from Farmers’ Markets and farms. By going local, we can take advantage of various high-quality vegetables, fruits, and herbs in Texas.
Sheena is a Texas native and a graduate of The University of Texas McComb's School of Business. Sheena has worked in non-profit education, tech, and academia. In 2016, Sheena taught one of her first pickling classes as part of Antonelli's Cheese Shop's Adult Summer Camp Series.
